Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach is an action game for Windows devices that brings back all of the fun of the original game. It allows you to explore more of the open world around you but also features new characters and challenges.

If you played Help Wanted, the last game in the franchise, you'll find that Security Breach picks up seconds after that game. You don't need to worry about keeping up with the action if you never played the game before because it's easy to play. Security Breach lets you play as Gregory, a little boy who finds himself trapped in the pizza place after dark. You'll need to find your way to the security cameras and use their footage to keep away from the animatronic characters that come to life. Make it through the whole game until the sun rises and you'll win.

One of the unique things about Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach is that you also have the chance to interact with Freddy himself. As Gregory, you need to decide how to fix him before he can help you. This game also changes its ending based on the choices you make. You can battle against some of the dancing figures you saw earlier in the night. Once 6 am hits, the game allows you to quit and leave or stay on and defeat the remaining characters. You may want to play it a few times to see all of the different endings.

As you work your way through the restaurant, keep your eyes out for collectibles. There are bags and CDs found in different areas as well as wind-up gifts. There are also arcade mini-games that you can play without worrying about one of the animatronics sneaking up and grabbing you. Princess Quest is one of those games. It asks you to find a way to light the four torches inside a locked room and track down a key while characters try to attack. Grabbing the key lets you enter the second level, which leads to a third and final level.

Balloon World is another one of the mini-games. You need to climb inside a balloon and fly across the sky, avoiding obstacles that come out of nowhere. The more obstacles you avoid, the higher you will fly, which earns you more points. You only get a certain number of balloons. Each time the balloon runs into an obstacle, it pops and sends you back to the beginning. The game ends when you run out of balloons. Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach also comes with the Monty Golf AR-Cade mini-game. This is a cute little golfing game that asks you to get your ball to the hole while avoiding the gators nearby who will eat your golf balls.

Like other games in the franchise, Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach has some issues. The characters can come out of nowhere, which causes the screen to flash. Some younger players may find that the game is too scary for them. It takes up a lot of space on your device and can run slowly if you have limited space. There's a risk that it might slow down other apps on your device too. Keep in mind that this game also has a few bugs. The developers kept pushing back the release date due to pandemic concerns and other issues but didn't have time to remove all of the bugs.

Fans of Five Nights at Freddy's though will find that this game offers all of the fun of the old games along with some new characters. You have the chance to explore different rooms in the pizza place and play mini-games when you want a break from the gameplay. Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach offers hours of fun and has enough new features that you'll want to play it through a few times.
